The device stores and transmits an electronic signature on all types of printed documents that serve the financial interest, issued by an application software and printed by standard printers in a computer network. SAMTEC SIGN ensures the authenticity of the processed information. Copies of the documents along with the signatures are stored in electronic format on the computer hard disk.
